1. Free Trial
Every new PulseBids account begins with a 7-day free trial. You will not be charged during the trial period. Your payment details are collected at checkout but no debit is made until the trial ends and you choose to continue.
You may cancel at any time during the trial with no obligation and no charge.
2. Subscription Plans & Pricing
PulseBids currently offers one paid plan:
- Pulse Pro — R499 per month (VAT inclusive), billed monthly via Paystack.
Prices are displayed and charged in South African Rand (ZAR). Billing occurs on the same date each month from the date your trial converts to a paid subscription.
3. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your Settings → Billing & Plan page, or by emailing support@pulsebids.co.za.
- Cancellation takes effect immediately — no further charges will be made.
- You retain full access to PulseBids until the end of your current paid billing period.
- After the billing period expires, your account reverts to read-only access. Your data is retained for 30 days before deletion, giving you time to export or re-subscribe.
We do not charge cancellation fees or lock-in penalties.
4. Refunds
7-day money-back guarantee
If you are not satisfied after your first paid charge, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days of that charge. Email support@pulsebids.co.za with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your registered email address and the reason for your request. We will process eligible refunds within 5–7 business days via the original Paystack payment method.
After 7 days
After the 7-day window has passed, subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. This applies to partial-month usage — we do not pro-rate or refund for unused days within a paid month.
Exceptions
We will consider refunds outside the standard window in the following circumstances:
- A technical error on our side resulted in a double charge or incorrect billing amount.
- The platform was unavailable for more than 48 consecutive hours during a paid month due to our fault.

5. Disputes
If you are unhappy with any charge, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank or Paystack. We aim to resolve all billing concerns within 2 business days.
To raise a dispute:
- Email support@pulsebids.co.za with subject line "Billing Dispute"
- Include your account email, the charge date, and the amount
- We will acknowledge within 1 business day and resolve within 5 business days
If we are unable to resolve your dispute directly, you may escalate to Paystack's dispute resolution process or your card issuer.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of PulseBids after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
