Scope of Work
The Central Karoo District Municipality requires the provision of comprehensive ICT support services for a period of three (3) years. This tender aims to secure reliable technical assistance to maintain and enhance the municipality's information and communication technology infrastructure.
Bidders must meet a minimum functionality criterion of 25 out of 30 points to be considered for further evaluation. A mandatory site meeting will be held on 08 June 2026 at 10:00 at the Solly Essop Council Chambers, Central Karoo District Municipality, 63 Donkin Street, Beaufort West. Bidders arriving more than 10 minutes late will not be allowed to attend the compulsory site inspection meeting.
