This tender is for the appointment of a service provider to perform grass cutting and bush clearing services at thirteen (13) government sites located within the Sarah Baartman District. The contract duration is twenty-four (24) months. The scope includes removing rubble, debris, loose stones, rocks, papers, cutting and raking grass to 30mm length, trimming edges and hedges, cutting down trees to ground level (with poison application to stumps), and clearing all vegetation.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and ensure their tax matters are in order. Bidders intending to render services will be subjected to screening and vetting prior to the award. A resolution of signatory (Annexure C) and completed SBD forms (SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) are mandatory.
