Supply, Delivery and Installation of Office Furniture

The tender seeks the supply, delivery, and assembly of suitable and ergonomic office furniture to create dedicated study areas for students at ARC Arcadia, 600 Belvedere Street, Arcadia. This investment aims to enhance student learning experience by providing workspaces that support focused study, academic performance, and overall productivity, addressing current inadequate setups.
Bidders must supply brand new furniture as per the detailed specifications in Annexure A. Mandatory requirements include providing a five-year warranty for all furniture and two reference letters from clients for similar services (manufacturing or supply of furniture) rendered within the last five years. A concise company proposal outlining furniture style, materials, and design suitability for an eight-hour workday is also required.
