Scope of Work

The National Nuclear Regulator (NNR) seeks a service provider to develop comprehensive training material and associated supporting content for its Inspector Qualification Programme. This encompasses modules on regulatory powers, stakeholder engagement, legal compliance, strategic priorities, a graded approach to regulation, integrity, joint inspections, data collection, and evidence management. The successful bidder will also be required to present the developed training to a class of 50 learners.
Bidders must be tax compliant with SARS, registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), and submit all compulsory returnable documentation including SBD forms, a company organogram, and the profile and CV of the lead person. The appointed lead person is required to have a minimum of ten years' experience in administrative and constitutional law, with experience in Nuclear law being an added advantage.
