Expression of Interest for Construction Health and Safety Consultants (stages 5-6) for Morena Tshohisi Moloi Ii Primary School in Harrismith

The Free State Department of Public Works and Infrastructure seeks to appoint Construction Health and Safety Consultants for the completion of the Morena Tshohisi Moloi II Primary School in Harrismith. This tender covers services from Stage 5 (Construction Documentation and Management) to Stage 6 (Project Close Out) of the project. The school infrastructure includes 25 classrooms, 3 Grade R classrooms, a media centre, science laboratory, administration block with parking, nutrition centre, multipurpose hall, security room, and sports facilities (soccer pitch). The project is currently at approximately 30% completion.
Bidders must adhere to specific eligibility criteria, including submitting a valid SARS PIN/CSD MAAA number for tax compliance, a CSD Registration Report (not older than 3 months), a valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing, certified company registration documents (CIPC), professional registration with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Health and Safety Agent (PrCHSA), and professional indemnity insurance (minimum R10 million).
