Supply and Delivery of General Office Stationery (36 Months)

This tender is for the supply and delivery of general office stationery items to various departments of the eThekwini Municipality as and when required, over a period of thirty-six (36) months. The awarded supplier(s) will be bound to provide quantities as stipulated in the specification, with unit prices fixed for the contract duration and inclusive of delivery charges.
Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) and the eThekwini Municipality's database. Mandatory requirements include a minimum of three years' experience in stationery supply and delivery, substantiated by client reference letters, and proof of being an authorized distributor or retailer from the manufacturer.
