Expression of Interest: Electrical Engineering Consultants for Morena Tshohisi Moloi Ii Primary School, Harrismith

The Free State Department of Public Works and Infrastructure seeks Expressions of Interest from Electrical Engineering Consultants to provide services for the completion of the construction of Morena Tshohisi Moloi II Primary School in Harrismith. The services required are from Stage 5 (Contract Administration and Inspection) to Stage 6 (Close-Out) for the project, which is currently at approximately 30% completion and includes 25 Classrooms, 3 Grade R Classrooms, Media Centre, Science laboratory, Administration block, Nutrition centre, Multipurpose hall, Security room, and Sports facilities.
Bidders must be registered as a Professional Electrical Engineer (PrEng) with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) and demonstrate a minimum of 5-6 years of post-registration experience. Furthermore, bidders must achieve a minimum of 98 out of 130 points for overall functionality criteria to qualify for further evaluation on price and preference, and attend the compulsory clarification meeting.
