Expression of Interest: Construction Health and Safety Services (stages 5-6) for Morena Tshohisi Moloi Ii Primary School, Harrismith

The Free State Department of Public Works and Infrastructure seeks a Construction Health and Safety Consultant to provide services from Stage 5 (Construction Documentation and Management) to Stage 6 (Project Close Out) for the construction of Morena Tshohisi Moloi II Primary School in Harrismith. The project involves a new primary school with 25 classrooms, 3 Grade R classrooms, a media centre, science laboratory, administration block, nutrition centre, multipurpose hall, security room, and sports facilities.
Bidders must provide a SARS PIN/CSD MAAA number, a valid CSD registration report (not summary, not older than 3 months), a valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing, certified CIPC company registration documents, valid professional registration with SACPCMP as a Professional Construction Health and Safety Agent (PrCHSA), professional indemnity insurance of at least R10 million, and duly completed SBD 1 and SBD 4 forms. Mandatory attendance at the clarification meeting is required, with registration in the attendance register. All documents must be completed in handwriting with a black pen.
