Scope of Work
The Free State Department of Public Works and Infrastructure seeks a Structural Engineering Consultant to provide structural engineering services for the completion of the construction of Morena Tshohisi Moloi II Primary School in Harrismith. Services are required from Stage 5 (Contract Administration and Inspection) to Stage 6 (Close-Out). The project includes 25 Classrooms, 3 Grade R Classrooms, a Media Centre, Science laboratory, Administration block with parking, Nutrition centre, Multipurpose hall, Security room, and Sports facilities (soccer pitch).
Bidders must attend a compulsory clarification meeting. All documents must be completed in handwriting with a black pen and originally signed. Professional Structural Engineers must be registered with ECSA. Bid documents must be properly indexed and neatly bounded.
