Expression of Interest: Civil Engineering Services for Morena Tshohisi Moloi Ii Primary School (stage 5 to 6)

Request for Expression of Interest (EOI) from Civil Engineering Consultants to provide services from Stage 5 (Contract Administration and Inspection) to Stage 6 (Close-Out) for the construction of Morena Tshohisi Moloi II Primary School in Harrismith. The project involves the completion of construction for a new primary school which is currently at approximately 30% completion and will include 25 classrooms, 3 Grade R classrooms, media centre, science laboratory, administration block, nutrition centre, multipurpose hall, security room, and sports facilities.
Bidders must be registered with the Engineering Council of South Africa (ECSA) as a Professional Civil Engineer (PrEng) and hold Professional Indemnity Insurance to a minimum value of R5 million. They must demonstrate verifiable experience of key staff and the consulting firm on similar building/construction projects completed within the last seven years. All tender documents must be completed in handwriting with a black pen, and attendance at the mandatory clarification meeting is required.
