The uMhlabuyalingana Local Municipality hereby invites suitably qualified and experienced service providers to submit bids for the onsite cascading of the Performance Management System (PMS) to staff below Section 54/56 managers for the 2026/2027 financial year.
Bidders must submit filled MBD Forms, certified copies of Company registration and directors' IDs, CSD Registration summary report, and a municipal rates account (not older than 3 months) or a valid exemption letter, or a valid signed lease agreement with the landlord's recent municipal account if a tenant. All bid documents must be signed where required and each page initialled.
