Appointment of a Panel of Service Providers for Travel Management Services to Nwpl for Three Years

The scope of this tender is the appointment of a panel of service providers for comprehensive travel management services to the North West Provincial Legislature (NWPL) for a period of three years. These services include air travel, accommodation, car rentals, shuttle services, conference facilities, airport transfers, and general travel support, available twenty-four hours daily. The appointed providers will manage third-party service providers, consolidate invoices, and ensure cost-effective, reliable, and satisfactory travel experiences for NWPL officials.
Bidders must submit valid proof of ASATA membership/license (or a 3rd party agreement if using a 3rd party license) and IATA accreditation (or a 3rd party agreement), as failure to attach these documents will result in bid invalidation. Mandatory administrative compliance includes registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), a valid Tax Compliance Status with PIN, a valid Company Registration Certificate (CIPC), and valid Proof of Travel Insurance. For consortia/joint ventures, a signed agreement clearly identifying the lead partner and including proof of travel insurance is required.
