Scope of Work
The Msunduzi Municipality invites proposals from suitably qualified and experienced Service Providers for the provision of comprehensive banking and other financial services for a period of five years. This includes transactional banking, cash management, point-of-sale services, and investment management.
Bidders must be registered with the Central Supplier Database (CSD), SARS (Tax Clearance), South African Reserve Bank (SARB), Financial Sector Conduct Authority (FSCA), and the National Credit Regulator (NCR). Tenders will be evaluated in two stages: Functionality (minimum 80 out of 100 points to proceed) and then an 80/20 Preference Point System based on price and specific goals. All prices must be VAT inclusive.
