Scope of Work
The scope of this contract is for the appointment of a suitably accredited and experienced Service Provider for the supply and delivery of Lubricants and Oils for Msunduzi Municipality Materials for a period of three years.
Bidders must comply with mandatory requirements including providing a valid Wholesalers License accredited by the Department of Mineral and Petroleum Resources, proof of license fee payment, and a R5 million Transportation Pollution Liability Policy. Bidders are also required to be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a valid Tax Clearance Status Verification Pin. A current Utility Bill or Lease Agreement is also required.
