Outsourcing of Service Provider for Auctioneering Services for the Department of Defence in Free State for a Period of Three (03) Years

The scope of this tender is for the outsourcing of auctioneering services to dispose of redundant and obsolete assets for the Department of Defence in the Free State Province, specifically at AFB Bloemfontein and ASB Bloemfontein, for a period of three (03) years. The successful service provider will be responsible for providing auctioneering services, including marketing and advertising, and managing the sale process.

Bidders must adhere strictly to all conditions, including completing all Standard Bidding Documents (SBDs) in full and submitting them in two separate, sealed envelopes for technical and price proposals. Eligibility requires submission of a valid CSD registration report, proof of good financial standing, and compliance with various acts. Bidders must also provide proof of residence in the Free State Province and submit a B-BBEE status level certificate or sworn affidavit.
