Scope of Work
The primary objective is to appoint a service provider for the provision of evaluation, testing, and issuing of fire certificates of compliance (COC) at Rand Airport & Wonderboom Airport ATNS Control Centre for a period of twenty-four (24) months, on an as-and-when required basis, including reporting on findings, repairs, and replacements of non-compliant parts in accordance with SANS 1475-1, SANS 1475-2, and SANS 10105 standards.
Bidders must attend a compulsory site visit, possess a CIDB grading of 2SF or higher, and provide proof of registration with the Construction Industry Development Board. Key personnel, including Gas Suppression and Fire Detection Technicians, must be registered with the South African Qualification and Certification Committee (SAQCC). Bidders are also required to demonstrate COIDA compliance and provide proof of a locality footprint in Gauteng.
