Supply, Delivery, Installation and Commissioning of a 3 Ton/hour Vegetable Pack Line at Mor Farming Project, Bloemhof, Dr Rsm District

The Department of Agriculture and Rural Development (DARD) invites bids for the supply, delivery, installation, and commissioning of a 3 ton/hour vegetable pack line at the Mor Farming Project, Bloemhof, Dr RSM District. The project scope includes site establishment, supply, delivery, installation and commissioning of the pack line as per the itemized bill of quantities, commissioning/testing, and training of beneficiaries on operation, including submission of manuals and warranty documents.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with tax-compliant status and possess a CIDB contractor grading of 3ME or higher. Joint ventures require an agreement between parties, with both registered on CSD and making full disclosures as per SBD 4. All Standard Bidding Documents (SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) must be completed in full, signed, and submitted, along with a SARS Tax Pin, a Comprehensive Organizational Profile, proof of previous similar experience including completion certificates and financial capability (bank rating letter), and locality proof of business address.
