Construction of Internal Industrial Roads in Ward 2

The Dannhauser Local Municipality invites prospective bidders for the construction of internal industrial roads in Ward 2. This project aims to enhance local infrastructure.

To be eligible, bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database, submit firm prices inclusive of VAT valid for 90 days, and include both a Tax Clearance Certificate and SARS Pin. A company profile with traceable references, CIPC registration certificate, certified ID copies of directors (not older than 3 months), and a current municipal rates account are required. All MBD forms must be completed. Bidders must hold a CIDB grading of 7CE or higher and must attend a compulsory clarification meeting. Furthermore, bidders must pre-incorporate 15% subcontracting to an emerging contractor or contractors located in Dannhauser, and failure to submit the required supporting documents for these subcontractors will render the tender non-responsive. Only tenderers who employ staff satisfying EPWP requirements are eligible.
