Renewal of On-premises Veeam Backup and Replication and Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 Subscription Licenses

The Eastern Cape Department of Social Development invites prospective service providers to submit proposals for the supply of required Veeam Backup and Replication and Veeam Data Cloud for Microsoft 365 Subscription licenses and associated services. The scope includes renewing existing maintenance for 8 CPU licenses of Veeam Data Platform Advanced Enterprise Plus, implementing Veeam data cloud for Microsoft 365 with automation and testing, reconfiguring Veeam One for reporting and monitoring, installing and testing backup/replication functionality, conducting active isolated backup integrity testing, producing configuration documentation, providing 1 year of support maintenance for all licenses, offering training to administrators, and submitting test results post-completion.
Bidders must be registered on SITA's RFB 2003 vendor list and only service providers registered under the SITA RFB 2003 transversal contract will be considered. Bidders are required to have previously completed a minimum of two projects of this nature, supported by copies of orders/contracts/award letters and corresponding reference letters from previous clients. Attendance at a compulsory site briefing session is required.
