Upgrading of Port Alfred Sewerage Infrastructure: Phase 2 Industrial Link

This tender is for the Upgrading of Port Alfred Sewerage Infrastructure: Phase 2 Industrial Link. The scope includes the installation of a 500mm diameter station hill bulk collector, bush clearing, managing existing sewer flows, tying into the Wharf Street pump station/600mm diameter bulk collector, installation of a 160mm diameter waterborne sewer reticulation in industrial and residential areas, construction of sewer erf connections in industrial and residential areas, tying into the Station Hill Valley Bulk Collector, dealing with existing services, and the reinstatement of asphalt, paving and gravel roads after construction.
Bidders are required to be suitably qualified, well-experienced, established, and skilled contractors. Compulsory attendance at the Clarification Meeting is required, failing which bidders will be disqualified. Tender documents must be purchased for a non-refundable cash deposit of R442.69 (Incl. VAT) prior to the Clarification Meeting, with a receipt obtained from the Ndlambe Municipality Traffic Department.
