Provision of Two (2) Security Guard Services for the Nrwdi Midrand Building

NRWDI seeks to appoint a service provider for 24-hour on-site manned guarding by two PSIRA-registered Grade C security officers (one for day shift and one for night shift). Both guards to be equipped with two-way radios and RF tag / geo-location tracking, billed monthly. The security services should be fully provided and operational by 31 August 2026.
Bidders must submit a quotation fully according to the price structure and scope of work, before the closing date and time, to the specified procurement email. Required submissions include a minimum of three verifiable reference letters for security guard services, valid PSiRA registration for the firm and guards, a valid COIDA Letter of Good Standing, ID copies of owners/directors, a valid B-BBEE certificate or affidavit, and all SBD forms. The bidder must also be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and be tax compliant.
