Construction of 30 Bng Houses in Garies, Kamiesberg Local Municipality for the Namakwa District Municipality

This tender is for the construction of 30 Breaking New Ground (BNG) houses, including all necessary site works, services, and finishing, in Garies, Kamiesberg Local Municipality for the Namakwa District Municipality. This encompasses site establishment, earthworks, foundations, brickwork, roofing, plastering, painting, electrical and plumbing installations, and connection to existing municipal services, aiming for full and perfect completion of the project.
Eligibility is restricted to NHBRC and CSD registered tenderers with a CIDB grading of 5GB or higher. A compulsory site briefing session is required, and bidders who do not attend will be disqualified. Preference points will be awarded to companies owned by women, youth, or persons with disabilities, as well as locally owned companies.
