Supply, Delivery and Installation of a Water Treatment Plant [reverse Osmosis] at Loop 10 on the Iron Ore Line (halfweg Book Off Facility)

This RFP seeks proposals for the supply, delivery, and installation of a Reverse Osmosis (RO) water treatment plant at Loop 10 on the Iron Ore Line (Halfweg Book Off Facility). The plant must be capable of producing 80,000-100,000 litres/day of safe water, be fitted inside a 6m shipping container, and include a six-month maintenance period with chemicals and membranes, electrical connection, commissioning, and staff training.
Bidders must be fully compliant with the Water Institute of Southern Africa NPC or a similar desalination association, or partner with a sub-contractor who is. Key submission requirements include commissioning and completion certificates for previous RO plant projects, contactable references, evidence of relevant experience, a detailed installation method manual, a training manual, and documentation for after-sales support, equipment testing, and spares availability. Attendance at the compulsory site briefing is also required.
