Scope of Work
The South African Medical Research Council (SAMRC) invites bids from suitably qualified, competent, and experienced service providers with a professional team capable of rendering Heating, Ventilation, Air-conditioning, and Refrigeration (HVAC&R) supply and installation, maintenance, and repair services at the SAMRC premises located in 491 Peter Mokaba, Ridge Road, Overport, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal Province.
The service provider must have operating offices within the eThekwini Municipality. Bidders must be registered in the mechanical category of the CIDB with a grading of 6ME or higher. Bidder's division or sub-contractors doing electrical work must have a CIDB grading of 4EB/EP or higher. Bidders must also be registered on the National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD) prior to submitting bids.
