Scope of Work
The King Sabata Dalindyebo Local Municipality requires a panel of five conveyancers to provide comprehensive conveyancing services for a period of three years.
Bidders must be registered with the Law Society of South Africa and must submit a valid original tax clearance or PIN certificate, an original or certified copy of their B-BBEE certificate, a current CSD Summary Report (not older than 3 months), company profile, registration documents, shareholder's certificate, valid professional indemnity insurance, and ID copies of shareholders. Joint venture agreements, where applicable, must also be submitted.
