Panel for Media and Advertising Services

The uMgungundlovu District Municipality is inviting professional service providers to form a panel for Media and Advertising Services. This panel will cover specialisation areas including Print Media, Radio Media, Television Media, Digital Media, Outdoor Advertising (OOH), Media Buying and Placement Agencies, and Content Production Services. The anticipated services will primarily support the Communications Unit, involving advertising, digital marketing, and communications for various municipal activities.
Bidders must ensure tax compliance with SARS, be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD), and not be in arrears for more than 90 days with municipal rates and taxes. Compulsory attendance at a briefing session is required, and bidders must submit at least three completed project reference letters from the public sector within the last five years, applicable to the specialisation service(s) bid for, with respective minimum contract values. Proof of valid professional body membership and an ICASA License (for radio/TV media services) are also mandatory.
