Notice of Lodgement of Applications for Financial Interest in Gambling Licenses

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that applications for consent of the Board for the holding of a financial interest in licenses issued under sections 45 and 53 of the Eastern Cape Gambling Act, 1997 (as amended) (the Act), have been lodged with the Board. These applications are from various entities, including Atlas Investment Holdings (Pty) Ltd, AA Da Costa and Bc Mzamo.
Any objections, petitions or representations in respect of any application must be lodged with the Chief Executive Officer, Eastern Cape Gambling Board, P.O. Box 12044, Amalinda, 5247 or fax (043) 702 9300 or email applications@ecgb.org.za by no later than 16:00 on 07 September 2026. Objections must be in writing, signed, contain the objector's name, address, and at least one ground for the objection. Specific details are required for corporate bodies or trusts.
