Managing Agent for Data Centre Support, Marketing and Customers Sourcing for Centlec

CENTLEC (SOC) Ltd invites service providers to act as a Managing Agent for Data Centre support, marketing, and sourcing customers on behalf of CENTLEC for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The appointed bidder will be responsible for identifying potential customers, marketing services, conducting negotiations, concluding agreements, facilitating business opportunities, securing contracts, supporting customer services (including connectivity), delivering investor agreements, managing installations and ongoing customer services, partnering with relevant OEMs and ISPs, and assuming full responsibility for all associated risks, compliance obligations, and security matters.
Only bidders registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) are eligible to submit bids. Bidders must not be listed on the National Treasury's Bid Defaulters Database or as Restricted Suppliers and must be registered with relevant and designated authorities or professional bodies. Responsive bids are required to score a minimum of 85% for functionality points to be considered for further evaluation.
