Provision of Software Licences for Annual Financial Statements (3 Years)

The Mnquma Local Municipality requires the provision of three (03) software licences for the preparation of annual financial statements over a period of three (03) years. The specified software must enable direct import from EMS, automate IFRS, IFRS for SMEs, and GRAP annual financial statements including all notes and policies, and feature built-in validation, audit trail, and drill-down capabilities. It must also ensure continuous compliance with new disclosure requirements and be configurable for integration with a unified financial management system.
Bidders are required to submit their proposals on the official, original tender documents, completed in black ink, and ensure all mandatory documents are attached. Bids will not be accepted from individuals in the service of the state, nor will late, incomplete, unsigned, faxed, or emailed tenders be considered. All parties in joint ventures or consortia must submit their agreement and be registered on the Central Supplier Database.
