Provision of Comprehensive Pest Control Services at O.r. Tambo International Airport

This tender is for the provision of comprehensive pest control and bee removal services at O.R. Tambo International Airport for a period of 60 months. The Contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary equipment, consumables, chemicals, tools, labour, and a vehicle for servicing all areas, including the perimeter fence, as well as bird proofing maintenance and culling of birds where necessary. The services aim to maintain the airport's general infrastructure in a sustainable manner, ensuring compliance with general safety, environmental, ICAO, and other aviation-related legislation.
Bidders must submit a valid Broad Based Black Economic Empowerment (B-BBEE) Certificate or a valid letter from a chartered accountant confirming B-BBEE status, along with an annual Tax Clearance Certificate. Key personnel CVs and a schedule of key personnel are required. All foreign employees must possess valid South African work permits. Proof of airside induction training and an AVOP certificate are compulsory for all personal permit applications.
