Appointment of Service Provider for Cleaning, Hygiene, Pest Control, and Fumigation Services for 36 Months

The Department of Land Reform and Rural Development, Provincial Shared Service Centre, invites proposals from service providers to render standard cleaning, hygiene, pest control, and fumigation services for a period of thirty-six (36) months at its premises located at 188 Hoosen Haffejee Street, Pietermaritzburg.
Bidders must submit all required SBD forms (1, 3.3, 4, 6.1) and other accompanying conditions, ensuring all documents are completed, signed, and witnessed, with proof of delegation of authority. For shareholders or joint ventures, percentage commission or profit before tax must be indicated, supported by certified copies of shareholder certificates and identity documents. Bidders must also provide a Central Supplier Database (CSD) summary report or CSD number, and a Tax compliance status pin or valid tax clearance certificate.
