Provision of Cleaning and Hygiene Services at SABC North-west for Three Years

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the appointment of a service provider to deliver comprehensive cleaning and hygiene services at SABC North-West for a period of three years. The scope includes daily, weekly, and monthly cleaning of various areas, provision of cleaning equipment and consumables, and management of hygiene requirements.

Eligibility requires bidders to have operational offices within a 250 km radius of the SABC Mafikeng office and submit specific mandatory documents including valid hazardous waste disposal certificates, proof of industry association membership, tax compliance details, B-BBEE certificates or affidavits, company registration documents, and recent financial statements. Bidders must achieve a minimum of 65 points in the paper-based functionality evaluation and 60 points in the site inspection evaluation to proceed.
