Outsourcing Service Provider for Production of Outerwear Men's Cut, Make and Trim of Caps Camouflage for the South African Army Headquarters

The Department of Defence invites bids for the outsourcing of a service provider for the production, cut, make, and trim of camouflage caps for the South African Army Headquarters. The caps must comply with detailed technical specifications, design, manufacture, test, and acceptance requirements for bush caps for male personnel. The Department of Defence will supply the required fabric; however, the service provider is responsible for all other sewing accessories and the proper handling and efficient use of materials.
Bidders must comply with all mandatory requirements in Phase 1, achieve a minimum of 80% (8 out of 10 points) in Phase 2 Step 1 functionality criteria (Customer References and Testimonials), and a maximum of 100% (9 out of 9 points) in Phase 2 Step 2 functionality criteria (Samples evaluation) to proceed to subsequent evaluation phases. Failure to adhere to submission conditions or complete required documents will invalidate the bid.
