Scope of Work
Proposals are invited from SETA accredited Training Service Providers for the implementation of all Learning Programmes for all departments of Mogale City Local Municipality on an as and when required basis for a period of three (3) years. The service providers will be appointed to a panel and must give proof of having capacity, demonstrate experience (giving contactable references) and competencies in presenting Learning Programmes.
The purpose of this bid is to appoint a panel of training providers, including higher education institutions, who can deliver accredited and non-accredited training, including occupational skills programs, short courses, recognition of prior learning, and structured learnerships that combine classroom-based and virtual theoretical instruction with workplace experience to the staff of Mogale City Local Municipality over a period of three (3) years. Appointed providers will support continuous staff development through structured, accredited, and non-accredited learning interventions that align with organizational goals and statutory requirements. Providers should ideally hold accreditation with the Local Government SETAs.
