Scope of Work
Tenders are hereby invited for the appointment of a panel of training service providers to conduct Communication, Stakeholder and Relationship Management (Functional) training programmes and workshops for Mogale City Local Municipality employees on an as and when required basis for a three (3) year period.
Only service providers that meet the minimum threshold in the functional evaluation criteria will be eligible to participate on the panel. Bidders must also complete and sign the compulsory briefing session attendance register, as non-attendance will lead to immediate disqualification. Furthermore, bidders are required to submit their bid on official, original, handwritten forms in black ink, ensuring no missing pages or use of correction fluid.
