Appointment of Service Providers for Supply and Delivery of Disaster Relief Material in Mpumalanga Province (3 Years)

The Department of Co-operative Governance, Human Settlements & Traditional Affairs in Mpumalanga Province seeks to appoint service providers to a panel for the supply and delivery of a wide range of disaster relief materials over a three-year period. This includes temporary housing, various tents and tarpaulins, water purification sachets, sanitation provisions, ablution facilities, basic cooking and sleeping items (gel stoves, foam mattresses, blankets), diverse water tanks, animal fodder, social distress food parcels, and various essential services such as water tanker delivery, general transport, and heavy machinery hire (graders, TLBs, tippers, dozers, generators, sanitizers, spray bottles, thermometers, face masks, gloves, overalls, fumigation, and borehole services). The service providers will fulfill requirements as and when needed according to specifications.
To be eligible, bidders must submit a fully completed bid document in black ink, signed and initialed on each page, including all sections of the Bill of Quantities. Mandatory returnable documents include SBD forms (1, 4, 6.1, and 6.2/Annexure C), a certified Business Registration Certificate, certified ID copies of directors/partners/shareholders (not older than 3 months), and a Joint Venture Agreement with signatory power if applicable. Bidders must also provide a SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or a printed TCS Certificate, or a CSD Number, ensuring all CSD information, including business registration and bid restriction status, is in order and that no directors are government employees, to avoid disqualification.
