Cleaning Services to Various Ecdc Office/commercial Premises for Three Years

The Eastern Cape Development Corporation (ECDC) invites bids for the provision of comprehensive cleaning and gardening services to various ECDC office and commercial premises situated across its regions within the Eastern Cape Province for a period of three years. This scope encompasses internal and external cleaning, gardening where applicable, and the supply of all necessary cleaning equipment, materials, tea making facilities, refuse removal, and required labour to ensure standard cleaning services are provided.
To be eligible, bidders must submit all mandatory returnable documents and annexures, fully completed and signed by a delegated authority. Attendance at one of the compulsory briefing sessions is a prerequisite, with non-attendance resulting in disqualification. Bidders must be registered and active on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD), possess a valid SARS PIN or Tax Compliance Status, and ensure their proposal demonstrates financial viability and compliance with all specifications and legislative requirements, including those related to labour and safety.
