Provision of Cash in Transit from Municipal Offices to the Municipal Bank for 36 Months

The Abaqulusi Municipality requires a security company for the provision of Cash-in-Transit (CIT) and cash processing services. This involves collecting cash and cheques from municipal offices and securely transporting them to the municipal bank on a 5-day per week schedule for a period of 36 months, ensuring all collected cash is kept safe and secure until deposited. The service provider will be responsible for supplying all necessary equipment, materials, and consumables.
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a valid original Tax Clearance Certificate. The evaluation process includes a functionality assessment where a minimum score of 70% out of 100 points is required to proceed to the financial offer and preferences stage. Key personnel must hold appropriate PSIRA certifications, and the bidder must demonstrate proven experience in cash in transit services.
