Appointment of External Security Services at the Eiland Holiday Resort, Rose Park & Reitzpark

The scope of this bid is for the appointment of external security services, including guarding, patrol, reactive response, access control, and overall management of these services. The services are specifically required at the Eiland Holiday Resort, Rose Park, and Reitzpark within the Dawid Kruiper Municipality.
Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury's Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and must submit proof of registration. The security company and its officers must be registered with PSIRA, with proof of certificates required. The company must employ a minimum of 20 registered PSIRA security officers and provide a list on company letterhead. Bidders must also have a local office within the Dawid Kruiper Municipal Jurisdiction, providing either a municipal account not older than three months and not in arrears for more than 90 days, or a valid lease agreement if not the property owner. Proof of at least three previous services rendered, supported by signed reference letters on clients' letterheads, is also compulsory.
