Appointment of a Service Provider for the Clearing of Sidewalks and Open Spaces for Bergrivier Municipality

The tender invites experienced and competent service providers for the comprehensive cleaning, shovelling, mowing, cutting of grass (10mm-20mm), raking, and removal of weeds, unwanted plant growth, tree leaves, plastics, papers, and litter from sidewalks and public open spaces within the Bergrivier municipal area, including trimming edges, clearing gutters, and mechanically removing declared invasive plants. Bidders must be registered on the National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a Tax Compliance Status (TCS) Pin. An originally certified B-BBEE Certificate or Sworn Affidavit is mandatory. Bidders must possess relevant experience, evidenced by at least three reference letters not older than two years, and own or lease essential equipment including a bakkie or motor vehicle with a trailer, a camera for good quality pictures, and specific tools such as wheelbarrows, metal rakes, shearers, weed-eaters, and chain saws.
