This tender seeks a service provider to supply effective and efficient 24/7 security services for Fort England Hospital over a period of 36 months. The services include the provision of various grades of security staff (Site Managers, Site Supervisors, and Security Guards) for different operational areas within the hospital, high-risk complex, maximum security unit, and new MSU wing, along with necessary equipment and patrolling duties to ensure a safe environment and protect government assets.
Prospective bidders must attend a compulsory hybrid briefing session. Key mandatory requirements include submitting valid Company and Directors PSIRA registration certificates (not older than 90 days or digital equivalent), current Letters of Good Standing and registration certificates from the National Bargaining Council for the Private Security Sector (NBCPSS) and the Private Security Sector Provident Fund (PSSPF), a valid COIDA certificate, and CSD registration. Additionally, bidders must provide proof of financial stability through recent financial statements or a letter from their financial institution, and submit a public liability policy or letter of intent.
