Appointment of Two Service Providers for Garden and Landscaping Maintenance

This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for the appointment of two service providers to provide comprehensive garden, landscaping, road, and parking area maintenance services for a period of 36 months for both Phase 1 and Phase 1A of the Tshwane Automotive Special Economic Zone (TASEZ). The scope encompasses daily maintenance of green areas, paved surfaces, and tar roads, including weed control, grass cutting, lawn mowing, edging, watering, fertilization, waste removal, pruning, composting, top dressing, indoor pot plant care, and scarification/aeration. To be eligible, bidders must submit valid CIPC registration documents, a valid Tax Pin/Clearance Certificate, a CSD report not older than three months, and a valid Letter of Good Standing from COID Act for garden/landscaping services. A minimum B-BBEE status level of contributor 3 or higher is required. The bid will undergo a two-stage evaluation, first on functionality (with a minimum threshold of 70 out of 100 points) and then on price and specific goals using the 80/20 preference point system. All submissions must be physical, in English, with each page initialed, and electronic submissions are strictly prohibited.
