Provision of a 100mbps/100mbps Internet Link with a 50mbps/50mbps Backup Link and a Voip Telephony Solution for 150 Extensions for a Period of 36 Months

Nongoma Local Municipality requires a service provider for the design, supply, installation, configuration, commissioning, and ongoing support of a 100Mbps/100Mbps internet link, a 50Mbps/50Mbps backup link, and a VoIP telephony solution supporting 150 extensions. These services are required for a period of 36 months, ensuring high availability, low latency, and comprehensive VoIP features.
To be considered responsive, bidders must be registered on the National Treasury's Central Supplier Database (CSD) and submit a CSD supplier registration report, a valid Tax Clearance Certificate/PIN, and all duly completed MBD forms (3.3, 4, 6.1, 8, 9). Bidders must achieve a minimum functionality score of 70% to proceed to the price and preference evaluation stage, which utilizes an 80/20 preference point system. A compulsory briefing session is scheduled for 09 September 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Nongoma Municipality Offices.
