Scope of Work
The Winnie Madikizela-Mandela Local Municipality requires a suitably qualified service provider for the provision of Internal Audit Services (Co-Source) for a period of 3 years to assist the Municipality in achieving its mandate. The Internal Audit function seeks to appoint a service provider to capacitate and have a diverse team to provide assurance, advisory, and special services as required by Management or the Audit Committee.
Bids will be evaluated in three phases: compliance to minimum requirements, functional evaluation (with a 70% minimum threshold), and then on an 80/20 preferential point system. Bid documents are available for download from www.etenders.gov.za.
