Scope of Work
Air Traffic and Navigation Services (ATNS) seeks to appoint a qualified and accredited service provider for the provision of Assessor and Moderator training for Operational On-The-Job Training Instructors (OJTIs). The training aims to equip OJTIs with the required Assessor and Moderator competencies to effectively assess and moderate Air Traffic Control (ATC), Air Traffic Service Assistant (ATSA), and Aeronautical Information Management (AIM) training programmes. A total of 100 learners will undergo training, divided into two cohorts of 50, with training schedules confirmed in consultation with the appointed provider. The combined training duration is 5 days per group of 10 participants, and will be conducted at ATNS King Shaka International Airport, Port Elizabeth International Airport, and Bruma Head Office.
Bidders must deliver fully accredited Assessor and Moderator training, ensuring compliance with SAQA and relevant SETA (e.g., ETDP SETA or equivalent) requirements, with accreditation valid at the submission date. All bid submissions must be made exclusively via the e-Submission (e-Tender) system, as email submissions will not be accepted. Bidders are also required to submit a valid SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN document or a printed TCS certificate, and must be registered on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD).
