Appointment of a Service Provider for Provincial Office Space in Northern Cape (kimberley) for 60 Months

The National Development Agency (NDA) requires a service provider to identify and provide provincial office space in Kimberley, Northern Cape, for a period of 60 months, with an occupation date of January 2027. The premises must be approximately 200 sqm, include 6 covered parking bays plus one for disability, and two additional visitor parking bays at no cost. Key requirements include a central location near public transport (within 2km), accessibility for persons with disabilities (functional lift or ground floor with ramp/rail), the ability to allow for internal partitioning, 24/7 physical security with cameras, and backup power.

Bidders must submit a signed written confirmation letter for location, accessibility, parking, partitioning, security, and power backup. The premises must not be located near schools, colleges, student residences, night clubs, taverns, pubs, or bottle stores. Bidders are also required to submit a copy of the electrical certificate of compliance and confirm the provision of a jojo tank or other water backup for water outages. All bid documents must be thermally or perfectly bound, with one original, one copy, and a labelled memory/flash drive.
