Provision of Internal Audit Services (36 Months)

The Financial and Fiscal Commission (FFC) invites competent, experienced, and suitably qualified service providers to deliver risk-based internal audit services for a 36-month period. The scope of service includes internal audit planning (needs assessment, three-year rolling plan, annual operational plan, internal audit charter), execution of assignments (governance, financial management, SCM, ICT controls, HR, risk management, follow-up audits, ad-hoc investigations), reporting, and advisory services.
To be eligible, bidders must provide a Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) as the Engagement Director/Project team leader with a minimum of 10 years of internal auditing experience. At least one team member must be registered with the Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA). The bidding entity must demonstrate knowledge of PFMA, Treasury Regulations, and experience in providing internal audit services in the South African public sector, along with operating for at least 10 years in business. Proof of professional indemnity insurance is also required.
