Appointment of Environmental Assessment Practitioner (eap) for Site Assessment and Rehabilitation of Environmental Degradation at Midrand Pan African Parliament Site

The tender is for the appointment of an Environmental Assessment Practitioner (EAP) to undertake a comprehensive Environmental Assessment process on a Portion of 442 (A Portion of Portion 19) of the Farm Randjiesfontein 405 JR, Headway Hill Extension 1 in Midrand Gauteng Province. The purpose is to address the Directive issued by the Department of Forestry, Fisheries and the Environment (DFFE) regarding Section 28(4) of the National Environmental Management Act, 1998 (NEMA), obtain environmental approvals, and make informed decisions on future development and site rehabilitation.
Tenders will only be considered if the tendering Service Provider is an Environmental Impact Assessment Services practice owned and controlled by registered professional Environmental Assessment Practitioners (EAPs), or a multi-disciplinary professional practice with an Environmental Impact / Integrity Assessment related division under full-time supervision of a registered professional EAP, and owned/controlled by registered professionals. Proof of current professional registration with the relevant council (EAPASA or SACNASP) is required for all registered principals, along with other supporting documentation.
