Scope of Work
The Perishable Products Export Control Board (PPECB) is inviting proposals from accredited training providers to conduct an Assessor course for 30 participants. This skills Programme is designed to develop the knowledge, practical skills and professional attributes required to conduct assessment within an occupational learning environment. Learners will be able to plan and prepare for assessment, conduct assessments, provide feedback, record assessment results and contribute to quality assurance processes in accordance with South African assessment principles and regulatory requirements. The programme is NQF Level 5, 20 credits, intended for Chief Inspector and Senior Inspector (Workplace mentors and Supervisors).
Bidders must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and comply with all tax obligations. Required returnable documents include a valid Tax Clearance Certificate or PIN, a valid B-BBEE Certificate or EME/QSE Affidavit, and relevant SBD forms. Bidders must also provide a QCTO Accreditation Certificate and proof of ability to issue certificates of completion, alongside a written confirmation of availability to provide online training on MS Teams in September/October 2026.
